Job Overview

This position will report to the O2C Process Delivery Supervisor and act as a coordinator of O2C teams focused on Cash Application, Client Credit Management, Dispute Management and Collections. The candidate will act as deputy to the Supervisor during busy periods. 

Job Requirements

Key attributes of this role include:

Support Team Leader with the coordination of the team.

Support Junior O2C Analysts in regular Ops calls, 1:1’s, IDP’s, develop skills, point of contact and escalations.

Hold regular meetings, coach, and mentor team’s Junior analysts, recognize key employees.
