Job Description

                    Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 services and hybrid environments 
Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive 
Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues and perform root cause analysis 
Automate tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools 
Implement security policies, DLP, retention, and compliance strategies 
Manage user accounts, licensing, and permissions 
Lead data migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs 
Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures 
Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices
