Experience in 4G/5G OAM product development. 
Good experience of 4G/5G Network architecture and Network Management principles 
Expertise on OAM modules development and testing for both RAN and Core 
Experience with O-RAN O1 and related FM/PM and CM modules and data models 
Experience with multi-threading and multi-processing architectures on Linux
