Rehab Accomplished Inc. is seeking an experienced OASIS & Medical Coder – Home Health to support our US operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OASIS documentation, medical coding, home health billing, and Medicare compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Review & code OASIS assessments (SOC, Recert, Discharge)
Prepare and manage CMS-485 (Plan of Care)
Handle Physician Orders (Frequency & Face-to-Face)
Perform accurate ICD-10 coding
Manage home health billing, collections & claims submission
Follow up on denials and reimbursements
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid & private insurance guidelines
Coordinate with RNs, physicians & QA teams
Requirements:
2+ years of US Home Health experience
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & private insurance billing procedures
