OASIS & Medical Coder – Home Health
to support our US operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OASIS documentation, medical coding, home health billing, and Medicare compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review & code OASIS assessments (SOC, Recert, Discharge)
• Prepare and manage CMS-485 (Plan of Care)
• Handle Physician Orders (Frequency & Face-to-Face)
• Perform accurate ICD-10 coding
• Manage home health billing, collections & claims submission
• Follow up on denials and reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid & private insurance guidelines
• Coordinate with RNs, physicians & QA teams
