DESCRIPTION:

◊ Total Number of FTE’s needed? 2

◊ Root cause for opening req: 2 full time core team members transferred to other programs

◊ EMR: EPIC

◊ Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): June-Ongoing

◊ Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 24hr shifts. Looking for 5-6 SPM

◊ Expected patients per day: 10-12

◊ Support Staff: In house Anesthesia

◊ Trauma Level: II

◊ NICU Level: Level III

◊ Miscellaneous Information: Hospitalist Required to Perform Circumcisions

◊ Hospitalist Needed for First Assist

◊ First Assist Available to Hospitalist

◊ Will not back up midwives

◊ Will not back up a family practice

◊ Backup available to hospitalist

◊ Board Certified Required: must be BC

◊ Active State License Required? Active lic required before Presentation
