Project Manager Knowledge and experience with creating, augmenting and negotiating Licensing agreements and IT Software Statements of Work.

Practical experience with authoring and facilitating approvals of Treasury Board Submissions.

Practical experience managing large Ontario government IT projects and all the included administrative functions including review boards, report backs, etc.

Practical knowledge with financial analysis, forecasting and tracking multi-year engagements.

Knowledge and understanding of Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge.

Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.
