At Gorilla Logic, we build highly scalable, mission-critical systems for some of the world's leading companies. We are looking for an Observability Engineer with a strong software engineering foundation to join a high-impact, project-driven initiative focused on improving logging efficiency and overall system observability.
This is not a traditional DevOps role. Instead, you will approach observability as an engineering discipline—working directly with application code, data, and distributed systems to reduce operational costs, improve signal-to-noise ratio, and deliver reliable, maintainable observability solutions that empower engineering teams.
You will collaborate closely with client engineers, applying analytical thinking, clean code principles, and data-driven decision-making to solve complex problems at scale.
