Job Description

                    Facility in Cumberland, MD seeking ObGyn locums coverage  Rates: $5000/24 hours  Opportunity Highlights    Schedule: Provide 24-hour OB/GYN call (7a 7a), with the potential for 1-4 shifts per month as needs arise. The site wants to add providers to the bench strength for future gaps.  
 High-Acuity Environment: The hospital features a Level II NICU with a gestational age cutoff of 24 weeks. Anesthesia is onsite 24/7.  
 Workload: Typical daily volume on L&D is 6-10 patients (including postpartum). You can expect an average of 3 deliveries per shift and less than 2 emergent GYN surgeries. Average admissions while on call are 3.  
 Procedures: You must be proficient to cover all deliveries and emergent GYN surgeries.  
 EMR: The facility uses Epic for charting.  
 Quick Privileging: The estimated time to secure Temporary Privileges is only 30 days.
