Job Description

Coverage Needed  
 Start Date: ASAP  
 End Date: Ongoing  
 Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts, 7am - 7am  
 Minimum of 3 shifts a month  
 Open to considering 12 hour Inhouse On Call shifts on the Weekends  
Clinical Details  
 Rounding then on call  
Requirements  
 Board Certified in OB/GYN  
 CA license and DEA  
 Minimum of 1-year clinical experience  
 CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained  
 Copy of the NPDB self-query report pulled within the month of submission  
 Ability to Offer Ongoing Availability; Minimum of 3 shifts a month
