OB/GYN 2-4 DAY WORK WEEK OR 7 ON 7 OFF SCHEDULE LAS VEGAS SUBURB

PRACTICE OVERVIEW
• OBGYN practice with flexible 2, 3, or 4-day work week OR 7 on 7 off schedule
• Shared 1-in-5 call rotation with dedicated laborist support
• Integrated care model featuring in-house Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and mid-level support
• Advanced technology including AI scribe systems and Da Vinci robotic surgical capabilities
• Employed or 1099
• Two established community clinic locations serving a rapidly expanding patient base
COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
• $500,000+ first-year income potential(full-time)
• Busy providers average $550K-600K annually (4 day work week)
• $100,000 commencement a...
