Coverage Required: 11/1/2025 - Ongoing
Schedule: On-site clinical hours only
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
License: An active Oregon state license is required 
 
EMR: Epic
Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible 
Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified and PEDs level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinic only. There are an average of 3300 deliveries per year and 10 patients per shift. This OB Hospitalist opportunity involves 12-hour shifts (7 a.m. 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. 7 a.m.), with a strong preference for night coverage.
