Practice Details

• Growing team: 5 OB/GYNs, 2 midwives, expanding to 4 APPs
• Compensation: Base salary + metric-based bonus and call pay beyond 3 shifts
• Hybrid role: Mix of clinic, OR, laborist, teaching, and research
• Academic environment: 20 OB/GYN residents with medical school on-site
• Modern clinics: 24 exam rooms, procedure and sonogram rooms, genetic testing; 10-12 patients/half day with dedicated support
• Work-life balance: Post-call day off
• High-volume center: 3,200 deliveries, full OB/GYN, neonatology, ...
