Role and Facility Information

The University Hospital Of Northern British Columbia (UHNBC) in Prince George is seeking a full‑time General Obstetrician/Gynecologist. The role involves an equal mix of obstetrics and gynecology, working on a consultation‑basis with a skilled group of family physicians and midwives who provide most of the primary obstetrical care. The department is supported by a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist. UHNBC sees approximately 1,200 deliveries per year and has a Level IIB NICU supporting babies as early as 30 weeks gestation.
