Job Summary

: Under the direction of the Principal, the Designated Early Childhood Educator will be responsible, in collaboration and partnership with the classroom teacher, to help students learn and grow through the implementation and set up of developmentally appropriate activities for students in the ELP kindergarten. They will work in partnership with the teaching team to listen, to respond and to provide guidance, feedback and/or resource supports as deemed appropriate to the families. Education: University degree in early child development or a 2 year Post secondary diploma in Early Childhood Education. Registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators. Minimum of 2-3 years recent experience in related child care required with current working knowledge of child development.
