Occupational Health Certified Medical Assistant / Medical Assistant - Full Time

Provides patient care in the Occupational Health setting in office or onsite under the supervision of the medical provider. Meets the communication needs of the companies, patients and medical provider. Maintains and follows regulatory requirement and policies and procedures. Communicates with medical providers and staff about patient’s clinical condition

Customer Services:


+ Welcoming patients and visitors.

+ Answering and referring inquiries within scope of practice.

+ Telephone: Answers telephone, processes calls, schedules patients for appointments and document appropriately within medical records. Returns all messages in a timely manner.

+ Maintains communication between medical staff, administrative staff, companies and/or patient/families.


Clinical Services:


+ Maintains and updates medical records.
