Occupational Health Nurse

Overview


We are seeking a skilled nurse to provide occupational health services for our manufacturing facility. The Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for managing workplace injuries and illnesses, promoting employee health and safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our workforce in maintaining optimal health and productivity.
B-Shift Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm


Responsibilities


Injury and Illness Management

+ Provide immediate first aid and medical treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.

+ Assess injuries to determine appropriate treatment, referral to outside medical care, or emergency response.

+ Support workers’ compensation team from initial injury through return-to-work.

+ Conduct follow-up care and monitor healing process for injured employees.

+ Keep supplies stocked, organized and compliant.
