About the role

TIANMA PRECISION SDN BHD. is seeking an experienced Occupational Safety & Health Officer to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe working environment for our employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
2. Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and training programs
3. Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
4. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on occupational safety and health matters
5. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on safety performance
6. Liaising with regulatory authorities and external safety consultants as required
