Occupational Therapist Assistant

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is responsible for implementing therapeutic programs and treatments as outlined by the supervising Occupational Therapist and in accordance with state and national regulatory standards. The COTA collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Responsibilities: Administers occupational therapy treatments according to the supervising Occupational Therapists plan of care.
