Occupational Therapist

As a full time or part time Occupational Therapist you will be providing high-quality assessments and interventions to our clients to support independent living. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, planning, interventions and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting.

In this role you will be…

• Ensuring appropriate delivery of quality Occupational Therapy services tailored to the individual needs of the client and using a person-centred approach
• Conducting assessments and providing interventions to clients in their own home
• Engaging with other Case Managers, Allied Health Professionals, GP’s and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective client care
• Writing reports which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers
• Able to reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence in all that you do.<...
