West Perth, Perth CBD, Jandakot, Morley, Joondalup, Clarkson, Balcatta, Bertram, Rockingham OR fully mobile/community based!

THE ROLE

• Provide functional assessments, cognitive, equipment prescription, home modifications and more!
• Have a diverse caseload - or tailor it to your speciality!
• Deliver evidence based interventions across the community, in homes, schools, facilities, clinics and homes.
• Work autonomately with support from leaders and multidisciplinary clinicians weekly, or when needed
