Occupational Therapist

HammondCare Home Care is currently seeking a Permanent Full-time or Part-time in the Hunter region. Office located in Cardiff.
The Occupational Therapist will be required to travel to see to clients living in the Hunter region which include suburbs like east and west lake Macquarie, Newcastle and surrounds and Maitland / Cessnock.

As an Occupational Therapist (Full-time or Part-time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide tailored and individualised services to people within the community. A typical day will involve assessing functional care needs, setting clear care goals, and providing treatment and intervention.
