Occupational Therapist

Overview

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join an inpatient service with a prestigious NHS client in North London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident senior OT who combines hands‑on clinical expertise with team leadership, service development and multi‑disciplinary team (MDT) working.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously, planning, managing and delivering the Occupational Therapy service on the ward.
• Provide leadership and supervision to a team of Band 6, Band 5 and Band 4 staff, supporting their development through mentoring, continuous professional development, training, supervision and appraisals.
• Offer specialist OT advice to the wider MDT and contribute to departmental projects and ongoing service improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong inpatient occupational therapy experience at Band 7 level.
