Forbes Care Occupational Therapy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with existing training and hands-on experience in Complex Home Modifications (CHM) to join our OT-only community team on a part-time basis.

This role is suited to an OT who is already working within the CHM space — whether early, intermediate, or advanced — and is looking to further develop their skills within a structured, well-supported clinical environment. It is not an entry-level or “interest-only” CHM role.
