Who We Are

I'm Harriet, principal OT at Every Body Rehab. I still work clinically every week, which means I know exactly what a caseload looks like from the inside, and I built this practice specifically because the standard model wasn't working for the OTs doing the actual work.

We're small, mobile, and based in Brisbane. Everyone knows your name and your clients. The clinical work is genuinely varied and interesting.

The Role

Community-based across Brisbane: AT assessments and prescription, complex home modifications, capacity building, and FCAs. You manage your own caseload with real autonomy.

We want someone with solid NDIS experience who can hit the ground running. Not a new grad role (unless you've had real NDIS exposure). Definitely not a role where someone tracks your billable units and calls it management.
