Occupational Therapist - HP3

Peninsula Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Occupational therapist (OT) to join our Allied Health Team. This rotating position will see you work across a diverse mix of inpatient and Day rehabilitation cases including medical, orthopaedic, reconditioning and geriatric patients. 

Your responsibilities will include: 
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and efficient services and exceptional patient care.

·Assessment and evaluation of patient needs
·Treatment Planning and Implementation
·Rehabilitation Therapy & environment Modifications
·Collaboration and Education with multidisciplinary teams, patients and their families
