Occupational Therapist II

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Occupational Therapist II for their Fairfield, CA location. Responsibilities:

+ Works under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Supervisor and Director.

+ The staff occupational therapist, in accordance with his/her evaluation findings and the physician’s referral, plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.

+ Collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team.

+ On physician’s referral, evaluates patients, develops specific treatment plans and goals, administers procedures and modalities specific to the learning needs and age of the patient, and plans for discharge utilizing appropriate Occupational Therapy techniques.

+ Acts as a case manager for assigned patients.
