Occupational Therapist

Role Overview

The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for 
designing, delivering, and facilitating early intervention services
 for young children, primarily aged 
0–6 years
, with developmental delays or disabilities. This role focuses on 
therapy-based teaching
, functional skill development, and collaboration with educators, parents, and the programme team to support each child's developmental goals.

Child Intervention and Training

• Plan and conduct 
  individual and small-group early intervention sessions
   aligned with occupational therapy principles
• Support children's development in: Fine motor skills, sensory processing and regulation, Self-help and daily living skills, Play, attention, and functional participation
• Adapt activities and learning environments to meet diverse developmental needs
• Implement evidence-based early intervention strategies in a classroom or therapy setting
