Occupational Therapist

Role Overview
The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating early intervention services for young children, primarily aged 2–6 years, with developmental delays or disabilities. This role focuses on therapy-based teaching, functional skill development, and collaboration with educators, parents, and the programme team to support each child's developmental goals.
Child Intervention and Training
Plan and conduct individual and small-group early intervention sessions aligned with occupational therapy principles
Support children's development in: Fine motor skills, sensory processing and regulation, Self-help and daily living skills, Play, attention, and functional participation
Adapt activities and learning environments to meet diverse developmental needs
Implement evidence-based early intervention strategies in a classroom or therapy setting
