The Occupational Therapist is responsible for administering occupational therapy treatment to patients. He/ She also accurately documents the patient/s treatment and progress in all necessary forms in the patient chart in a timely manner as detailed in department’s charting and documentation Policy. He / She ensures that charging of patient procedures is aligned with actual treatment session.
