SNF experience required
**MUST be strong in SNF caseload and able to work independently

Total number of team members 15 and 1 Rehab Tech

NetHealth / RehabOptima 
- Experience with these EMRs required

CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:
90% Productivity but client understands caseload may vary and says average is 88%
