+ Position Summary
+ Under general direction, provides professional occupational therapy interventions in caring for neonatal through geriatric patients. Plans treatment programs based on individual patient needs identified by thorough evaluation. Instructs patient, families and caregivers in activities of daily living and home exercise techniques. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate transition back into the community. Ensures all actions taken in carrying out responsibilities support patient centered care.
