Occupational Therapist - Rehab

The role is responsible for independently conducting all operations related to occupational therapy, under the supervision of senior therapists. This includes observing all operational standards and ensuring compliance with rules and policies at the section, department, and facility level. The incumbent supervises junior staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Maintain sufficient inventory of material supplies and equipment for duty performance. Report material shortages to the supervisor promptly and approve replenishments when necessary.

Undertake full, comprehensive and accurate assessments of patients' physical, psychological and social needs, including those with diverse or complex presentations or multiple pathologies.
