The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team, empowering clients to live independently and achieve their goals through personalised, community-based care. This permanent role offers flexible part-time or full-time options and delivering care in the community south and south-west of Brisbane including Rosewood, Lowood, Beaudesert, Tambourine Mountain, Beenleigh and Sunnybank . 
What You’ll Do
Deliver services to Home Care Package clients, including home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications

Support recovery through Rehab in the Home (post-orthopaedic surgery)

Assist clients post-hospitalisation via the Hospital in the Home program
👤 About You
Fully AHPRA registered

New grads welcome; experience in community or aged care is a plus
