Occupational Therapist Subacute Rehab PRN

Scope of Work


Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.


STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

+ Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program

+ Preferred Master's Degree


+ LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

+ CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required

+ LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required

+ CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or

+ CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
