Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate a patient's condition, functional abilities, and home/work environments.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to improve cognitive, physical, and emotional skills.
• Therapeutic Activities: Guide patients through activities that help them regain, develop, or maintain daily living skills (e.g., dressing, cooking, driving).
• Adaptive Equipment: Recommend, fit, and train patients on using assistive devices (e.g., wheelchairs, orthotics, specialized tools).
• Education and Consultation: Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on home programs and safety modifications.
