Occupational Therapist Team Leader

As a Site Team Leader at Better Rehab, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clinicians within your site while continuing to manage your own independent caseload. 

This role is all about fostering a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team environment. You’ll help create a great site culture, support the onboarding and offboarding of team members, provide supervision to Allied Health Assistants and be a go‑to person for day‑to‑day staff queries and site‑level support. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills!

At our Sumner office, You’ll be joining a growing multidisciplinary team. The team recently relocated from Stones Corner and are settling into a brand-new office featuring modern facilities, excellent resources and plenty of natural light with great views. There’s ample parking onsite and additional spaces nearby, plus a range of great food options including cafés right in the building!
