Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Hospital Wards – Timaru, Hospital
Fixed Term, from June to 30 September 2026, 0.5 FTE to 1 FTE (please indicate your preference in your cover letter). Hours: 0730 – 1600.

About the Role

This role has been created for the winter period, to maximise the provision of Occupational Therapy interventions for our patients. The role will work with our current Inpatient Occupational Therapy Team, floating across all inpatient wards (Medical, Surgical, AT&R, CCU) to assist our therapists wherever the greatest demand may be.

Qualifications

• Registered in New Zealand with a current APC.
• Committed to clinical excellence and able to plan and work autonomously within a team environment.
• Adaptable, innovative, and an excellent communicator.
• Have the right to work in New Zealand.
• Able to start work ASAP.
