Salary

Up to £53,200 FTE DOE plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus (£2,500 after one month, £2,500 after final probation).

Hours & Contract

37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 08:30‑16:30. Permanent (term‑time only or flexible discussion based on circumstances).

Essential Criteria

• Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Recognised Occupational Therapy (OT) degree.
• Valid HCPC registration.
• Registered member of the RCOT.
• Relevant experience delivering OT services in similar settings.
• Experience working with neuro‑divergent, learning difficulty, or socio‑emotional and mental health (SEMH) populations.
• Sound knowledge of OT theory and practical application for supporting independence.
