Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering the highest standard of service in assessing and managing new clients to SLEC by providing expert clinical care, implementing evidence-based programs, and mentoring support staff. You will take ownership of client outcomes, departmental operations, and the professional development of your team.
Responsibilities
Lead the assigned OT section, providing clinical, administrative, training, and quality improvement oversight.
Assess and treat clients across centre-based, home-based, and residential care, ensuring high standards of care.
Supervise and mentor OTAs, TAs, and students, supporting professional development and operational efficiency.
Plan and implement clinical programs, home visits, caregiver training, and daycare activities aligned with the GRACE model of care.
