Ocean Export Customer Service (Freight Forwarding) (Tijuana)

A large freight forwarding company is looking for an Ocean Export Customer Service Rep for their office in Tijuana, Mexico. The company has multiple offices worldwide. You will work with a great team and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company. This is a full‑time position (not remote).

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, international business etc.
• Have 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry, preferably with a focus on Road logistics/Ocean freight/Quotations.
• Knowledge in international and national logistics, maritime, Mexican customs brokerage.
• Some knowledge in port operations in Mexico and USA (Port Long Beach, Ensenada, Manzanillo, Veracruz).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer‑focused demeanor.
