Ocean Freight Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional with strong operational experience in freight forwarding services, including LCL shipment. The hiring company is an international freight forwarder headquartered in Italy. This position is based at their office located inChangi Business Park (East), Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling: Coordinating and planning the arrival schedules of Import / Export Ocean freight shipments to ensure efficient processing and delivery.
• Tracking Shipments: Monitoring and tracking the status of incoming shipments to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.
• Email communication: Attend to email correspondence with customers & overseas agents
• Billing: Preparing billing invoice to customers & verify invoices from vendor
• Carrier Liaison: Working closely with Carrier, Coloader and ground handling agents or freight forwarder to manage ...
