Ocean Import Executive

The incumbent will execute ocean import operations with the objective of operational and service excellence.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the documentation for the company's Import activities
• Responsible for the permit declaration and clearance delivery required
• Responsible for Import documentation formalities with carriers & Co-loaders
• Responsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer's inquiries are answered.
• In charge of liaising with the company's vendors/suppliers for import shipments
• In charge of the preparation of billing invoices and performing invoice verification when required
• Experience in transshipments & cross-border shipments
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word
