Ocean Import Senior Customer Service Officer / Executive

What the Role Involves Arrange payments with Carrier / Co-loader upon receipt of Arrival Notices from Carriers / Co-loaders. Process / input data of incoming shipments in Yunas system. Sending Arrival Notice to customers, and liaise for clearance and delivery instructions. Arrange for insurance coverage in required by customers. Arrange clearance documents and liaise with transporters for delivery arrangement. Follow-up on the arrival of shipment, and delivery process. Liaise with customers / carriers / co-loaders if there is any discrepancy to the cargoes upon clearance. Raise payment vouchers and invoices and dispatch to customer, and follow-up with customers if there is any discrepancy. Extract data for reports (Excel) if required by customers.
