Total Experience range: 8-10 Years, (4-5 Years OCM Experience)

Qualification or certifications: Postgraduate (MBA Preferred), OCM Certification is desirable or good to have (Prosci or any other)

• Experience of Organisational Change Management, Business/ Management Consulting, IT industry experience specifically worked in Large scale IT led business transformation programs
