OCM Senior Analyst – Change, Learning, and Enablement

What success looks like in this role:

Provides consultation and hands‑on support to help leaders, teams, and organizations understand, adopt, and implement change initiatives. Supports the design and delivery of change, learning, and end‑user enablement activities that address resistance, improve adoption, and contribute to successful business outcomes. Focuses on the people side of change related to business process updates, systems and technology implementations, job role changes, and organizational adjustments, with an emphasis on end‑user readiness and continuous improvement.
