Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for optimisation of organisation structure. Acts as a Change Ambassador providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business. Facilitates team building workshops, exercises, or programs to enhance the cohesiveness of the teams. Conducts job analysis and job profiling. Implement and monitor organisational development plans.
Key Performance Areas:
•Contribute to the FSCA Organisational Development strategy in order to improve overall organisational performance and effectiveness.
•Develop and maintain Organisational Development plans.
•Provide a professional internal Organisational Development consultancy service to promote teamwork, improve performance and engagement and enable successful delivery of FSCA strategic objectives.
