You will engage corporate decision-makers and introduce them to an opportunity that is changing how forward-thinking companies deploy their B-BBEE investment - directing compliance funding into education solutions that drive genuine change. Your job is to have intelligent conversations, understand where each company is in their thinking, and identify who is ready to move. You do not need to know this sector before you start. The BD Lead will coach and immerse you from day one. What you do need is commercial instinct, genuine curiosity, and the drive to become the expert in the room.
