**Role Purpose**

+ Support sales team to achieve business target.
+ Process customers' orders in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.
+ Satisfy customers to develop business in Taiwan.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate sales team and internal departments to achieve business target and meet customer requests.
+ Sales order implementation and management, ERP system operation.
+ Closely track shipment status and coordinate with related departments to achieve on time delivery.
+ Respond to customer’s inquiry; coordinate with related departments to handle customer feedback and claims for customer satisfaction.
+ Support sales data and report on a regular basis.
+ Ensure ‘Order to Cash’ process clean, in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.
