Odoo Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Odoo framework components, including ORM, inheritance, QWeb, workflows, and module customization.
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo frontend technologies (OWL).
• Solid understanding of Odoo architecture, module lifecycle, and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with OpenSPP data models or similar social registry systems is highly preferred.
• Experience working with SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed technical specifications.
